Income protection insurance adventure

While I realize that it is important to have income protection insurance, I think it is highly unnecessary to lie very still on the floor in your office until your insurance agent calls you back. If you think about it, it’s possible that you are increasing your odds of becoming injured because someone could step on you.  Hiding under your desk isn’t the solution either.  The desk could collapse on you, and how would you explain that? I know no one is likely to accuse you if caving a desk in on yourself, but you couldn’t be injured by a desk collapse if you weren’t under it in the first place. I think you are safer if you’re not leaping around from spot to spot trying to hide from peril and potential disaster.   You can’t really say it was an accident if you accidentally step into a potted plant because you are ducking and weaving all over the place.
